Animal Birth Control (ABC) Clinic -  mobile spay/neuter clinic.  It visits Emporia, VA  and Boykins, VA on  a regular basis to offer FREE and low cost spay/neuter services, vaccines, heartworm testing, and other veterinary services.  Free transportation to ABC clinic for those in need.  Spay/neuter is $30 for a cat and $50 for a dog. Call 1-800-566-9768 or 757-297-6550 for an appointment.

 

Neuter Scooter – mobile spay/neuter clinic.  It visits Suffolk, Driver, Chesapeake and Portsmouth on a regular basis.  The Neuter Scooter offers spay/neuter services as well as shots, heartworm preventative, microchipping, and flea & tick preventative.  Prices range from $40 to $75 for spay/neuter surgeries.

Richmond SPCA  conducts spay and neuter surgeries for free or at low cost in our on-site Smoky’s Spay/Neuter Clinic. The Richmond SPCA provides free surgeries to area residents (living in the City of Richmond, Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico and Goochland) on government assistance, households with an annual income of less than $30,000, full-time college students, owners of pit bulls (and strong pit bull mixes) and feral cat caregivers. In most cases, rabies vaccinations are included.
