Become a member:

If you would like to be a voting member of PACC you must meet minimum requirements listed below and agree to abide by all of the By-Laws which can be sent you in Microsoft word form.

PACC Member Annual Minimum Requirements
1) Must be at least 18 years of age.
2) All companion animals must be spayed or neutered.
3) All companion animals must be receiving adequate care as stated by the Virginia State Animal Control Laws .
PACC meetings are held on the last Tuesday evening of every month at 6:30 PM in Franklin, VA. Contact us at pacc@pacconline.org for more information and location.

(This is an email list that PACC sends out all request for help on. Sometimes small things like stuffing envelopes and sometime bigger things like volunteering for th day at an event. There is no need to respond to an email unless you can help. You do not have to be local to help PACC)
