Adopting from PACC includes:

completing an adoption application
- signing an adoption contract

paying a $50 adoption fee for cats, $200 adoption fee for adult dogs, $150 adoption fee for senior dogs (7+ years) or $300 adoption fee for puppies under 14 weeks ($100 spay/neuter deposit that is refundable if spay/neuter surgery is completed within 6 months of adoption)
With each adoption we also require:

veterinary check on all current and past animals

landlord check (copy of lease if renting)

all companion animals must be spayed/neutered

All animals adopted from PACC will be current on vaccines, spayed or neutered, microchipped, and on heartworm preventative (canine). Animals that are too young to be spayed/neutered will be adopted with a spay/neuter contract and deposit.
